The Painful Life of Frida Kahlo

Frida Kahlo was born in 1907. When she was 6 years old she was afflicted with polio, which caused her to be bedridden for 9 months. After she recovered, she was left with a shriveled right leg and a limp. When she returned to school, cruel classmates called her “peg-leg Frida.”

When she was 18, Frida was involved in a transportation accident in which the wooden bus she was riding in was struck by a streetcar. Several people were killed. Frida incurred a broken pelvis, fractured ribs and displaced vertebrae. She also broke her collar-bone and both legs. She was in the hospital for two months following this collision and Frida experienced intermittent back pain for the rest of her life.

In 1950, when she was 43, Kahlo underwent bone graft surgery on her spine in an effort to lessen her back pain. Unfortunately, an infection set in and she had to endure several follow-up surgeries.

In 1953, Kahlo’s right leg had to be amputated at the knee due to gangrene. She subsequently became severely depressed and anxious, increasing used opioid pain killers and when her husband, artist Diego Rivera, began yet another extramarital affair, she attempted suicide by overdose.

Frida’a reputation as an artist grew over her lifetime. An exhibit of her works occurred in 1953, arranged by a friend who understood that Frida did not have long to live. She had to transported to her showing in an ambulance and at the exhibit, Frida was placed in a bed that was arranged for her.

She wrote in her diary in February 1954: “They have given me centuries of torture and at moments I almost lost my reason. I keep on wanting to kill myself.”

Frida died about a year later at the age of 47. Her last words were: “I joyfully await the exit – and I hope never to return – Frida”

The Glamorous Life of Salma Hayek

Frida did not get her wish as she reincarnated as actress Salma Hayek, who was born in 1966, 12 years after Frida had died. Fortunately, Salma’s life has been full of glamour, in contrast to the painful existence that Frida endured.

Salma Hayek has received numerous acting awards. Of interest, she co-produced the biographical movie, Frida, which was released in 2002.

Affinity Reincarnation Cases involving Halle Berry, Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy

As such, Frida took the initiative to make a film about her own past life. I call these kinds of reincarnation stories “Affinity Cases,” in which a person creates a work based on their own past incarnation.

A very similar reincarnation case involves Oscar winner Halle Berry, who produced the movie Introducing Dorothy Dandridge.  In a past incarnation, Halle was African-American actress Dorothy Dandridge, who was denied an Oscar because of the color of her skin. Other affinity cases include the reincarnations of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy.

Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: The facial features of Frida Kahlo and Salma Hayek are very similar.

Past Life Passions, Talent and Abilities: Reincarnation research reveals that people tend to pursue similar careers from lifetime to lifetime. For example, artists reincarnate as artists, though the form of art can change. Frida was a painter, while Salma has expressed her artistic talent as an actress.

Bram Stoker is the Irish author of Dracula, which was published in 1897. With this book, Stoker created an entire industry in the movie and television world focused on vampire stories. Though he did not create the horror genre, Stoker was one of the first famous horror writers. He died in 1912.

Stephen King was born in 1947 in the United States. He demonstrated an early interest in horror and began writing terror stories in high school. He has received numerous honors, including, ironically, the Bram Stoker Award and he has been described as the “King of Horror.”

Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: There is a striking similarity in the facial architecture of Stoker and King.

Past Life Passions, Talent and Abilities: “The King of Horror” can be used to describe both Bram Stoker and Stephen King.

Change in Nationality: Stoker was British, while King is American.

A fan of ReincarnationResearch.com wrote to me and proposed that Whitney Houston had a past life as the Vaudeville entertainer Aida Overton Walker, based on a striking physical resemblance and similar talents as accomplished singers.

In a session with world famous trance medium Kevin Ryerson, who channels a spirit being named Ahtun Re, who has demonstrated the ability to make past life matches with a high degree of accuracy, Ahtun Re affirmed that Whitney Houston, who died in 2012, was the reincarnation of Aida Overton.

In reading about Aida, I learned that Overton was her maiden name and that she married another entertainer whose name was George Walker. After they were married, she took on the name Aida Overton Walker.

Reincarnation research reveals that souls tend to incarnate with people they have known before, which is the basis of the term “soul groups.”
Powerful research done by Ian Stevenson, MD at the University of Virginia conclusively demonstrated this principle.
Stevenson’s Twin Study involved 31 sets of twins who had spontaneous past life memories in childhood that were objectively validated. In 100 percent of these cases, the twins had very significant past life relationships, including the observation that married couples can reincarnate to become spouses again.

As such, it was logical to wonder if Aida Overton’s husband George Walker had reincarnated as Whitney’s husband, Bobby Brown. In my session with Kevin, Ahtun Re confirmed that Bobby Brown is the reincarnation of George Walker.

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: There is an uncanny similarity in facial features of Aida Overton Walker and Whitney Houston. There is also a resemblance in the facial features of George Walker and Bobby Brown.

Past Life Passions, Talent and Abilities: Aida Overton Walker and George Walker were stars of the Vaudeville entertainment world, much as Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown have been entertainment stars in contemporary times.

Lee J. Cobb was an American actor who was known for dramatic and serious roles in movies. He was born in New York City to a Jewish family of Russian and Romanian ethnic heritage. Cobb died in 1976.

Jason Segel was born in 1980 to a Jewish father and Christian mother. He is an American actor who is best known for comedic roles, in movies and on television, such as on  the popular television series, How I Met Your Mother.

A supporter of ReincarnationResearch.com wrote to me suggesting that Jason Segel is the reincarnation of Lee J. Cobb based on the remarkable resemblance in facial features, as well as their common career paths as actors.

In a session with Kevin Ryerson, who channels a spirit being named Ahtun Re who has demonstrated the ability to make past life matches with a high degree of accuracy, Ahtun Re affirmed that Jason Segel is the reincarnation of Lee J. Cobb.

Paul Revere and the American Revolution

Paul Revere was a figure in the American Revolution best known for his midnight horseback ride warning citizens of Massachusetts that the British were approaching Boston. This British advance led to the first battles of the war, which took place in Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts.

In addition, Revere was an artist. He was a silversmith and he  created a copper engraving depicting the Boston Massacre, an incident that helped spark the American colonies to revolt against the British.

This engraving is featured to the right.

Jack Black’s Remarkable Resemblance to Paul Revere

Jack Black is also an artist, one who has focused on acting and music. Indeed, one of my favorite movies, Nacho Libre, stars Black.

Jack Black has an uncanny resemblance with Paul Revere. Image comparisons of the two have been on the Internet for a few years, as evidence of facial similarities in reincarnation cases has grown in awareness and interest.

Still, physical resemblance by itself does not validate a past life and I doubted that Black was Revere.

Nonetheless, in a session with Kevin Ryerson, who channels a spirit being named Ahtun Re, who has demonstrated the ability to make past life matches with a high degree of accuracy, I asked about this proposed case. Ahtun Re affirmed that Jack Black is the reincarnation of Paul Revere.

Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: There is a striking resemblance between Paul Revere and Jack Black.

Past Life Talent, Behavior and Abilities: Artists tend to continue to create art from one lifetime to another, though the form of art can change. Paul Revere was a silversmith who also did engravings, while Jack Black expresses his creative nature though film and music.

Change in Religion and Ethnic Affiliation: Paul Revere, born in the American colonies before the Revolutionary War, was Christian and of French descent. Jack Black, also born in America or the United States, was raised Jewish.

Understanding that souls can change religion and ethnic affiliation from one lifetime to another can help create a more peaceful world, as most wars and conflicts are based on differences in these cultural markers of identity.

Reincarnation Case of Frankenstein Actor Boris Karloff | Ty Burrell, a Star of the Television Series Modern Family: Past Life Talent

Ty Burrell as the Reincarnation of Frankenstein, that is, the Actor Boris Karloff

A fan of ReincarnartionResearch.com wrote to me and proposed that Ty Burrell, an American actor and a star of the comedy show, Modern Family, is the reincarnation of the nineteen-century actor Boris Karloff. In reviewing images of these two actors, I observed a remarkable similarity in facial features. Click on images to enlarge them to appreciate the resemblance in facial architecture or bone structure.

Boris Karloff was actually born in London, England on November 23, 1887. His birth name was William Henry Pratt. Pratt later took on the stage name of Boris Karloff.

Karloff became famous for his role in movies about the fictional character Frankenstein. Karloff’s large forehead established the template for physical images of Frankenstein for movies of the future.

Karloff also took voice roles in animated films and became the Grinch in the children’s television program, Dr. Seuss: How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

Boris Karloff was awarded two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his accomplishments in cinema. Boris Karloff died on February 2, 1969.

Split Incarnation in the Reincarnation Case of Boris Karloff | Ty Burrell

Ty Burrell was born on August 22, 1967, about year and a half before Boris Karloff died. As such, this is a case of split incarnation, in which a soul expresses itself in two physical incarnations at the same time. Ian Stevenson MD, of the University of Virginia called these “cases with anomalous dates,” as lifetimes overlapped in time.

Though Ty Burrell is best known as a comedic actor, he has also done serious portrayals on Broadway and he has also performed voice roles in many animated films, just as Karloff did the voice of the Grinch.

In a session with Kevin Ryerson, Ahtun Re, a spirit being  channeled through Kevin who has demonstrated the ability to make past life matches with a high degree of accuracy, affirmed that Ty Burrell is the reincarnation of Boris Karloff.

Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: There is an uncanny resemblance between Boris Karloff and Ty Burrell.

Past Life Talent, Behavior and Abilities: The acting talent of Boris Karloff shines forth in the career of Ty Burrell.

Change in Nationality: Boris Karloff was born in England, while Ty Burrell was born in the United States. Understanding that souls can incarnate into different religions, ethnic affiliations and nationalities from one lifetime to another can help create a more peaceful world, as most conflicts and wars are based on differences in these cultural markers of identity.

Split Incarnation or Parallel Lives: Ty Burrell was born on August 22, 1967. Boris Karloff died on February 2, 1969. As such, the soul of Karloff | Burrell animated two physical bodies at the same time for about a year and a half.

Reincarnation research shows that souls can inhabit more than one human body at a time. Ian Stevenson, MD of the University of Virginia, who studied children with spontaneous past life memories that were objectively validated, documented a number of split incarnation cases, though he termed these “cases with anomalous dates,” as lifetimes overlapped in time.

Hollywood Legend Douglas Fairbanks Reincarnated as Burt Reynolds

When a fan of our website forwarded the hypothesis that Burt Reynolds was the reincarnation of silent movie star Douglas Fairbanks, I was surprised, but at the same time I felt it was true.

I found that Fairbanks and Reynolds have similar facial architecture. Click on images to enlarge them.

Further, they were both action figures in movies, athletes and they did their own physical stunts in movies.

In a session with world-famous trance medium Kevin Ryerson, Ahtun Re, a spirit guide that Kevin channels who has demonstrated the ability to make past life matches with a high degree of accuracy, affirmed that Burt Reynolds was the reincarnation of Douglas Fairbanks.

Douglas Fairbanks | Burt Reynolds  in Blazing Saddles: Such Little Feet!

Of interest, at the end of classic Mel Brooks comedy, Blazing Saddles, the character played by Harvey Korman runs across the footprints of Douglas Fairbanks on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Korman stops, looks down and exclaims:“How did he do such fantastic stunts…with such little feet!”

One could add: “In two lifetimes!”

A Past Life for Jerry Seinfeld

The television series Seinfeld has been one of my very favorite shows. Recently, a past lifetime for Jerry Seinfeld was posted on our website in which Jerry was a writer of comedy plays, John Thompson Ford, who came to eventually own the Ford Theater, where Abraham Lincoln was shot. To review this case, please go to:

Michael Richards, Kramer, as the Reincarnation of Buster Keaton

Kramer, played by Michael Richards, is a favorite character of mine on the Seinfeld show because of his gift for physical comedy. At one point, I realized that his Michael’s slapstick comedy style and facial features were consistent with those of Buster Keaton.

In a session with world-famous trance medium Kevin Ryerson, Ahtun Re, a spirit being who has demonstrated the ability to make reincarnation matches with a high degree of accuracy, affirmed that Michael Richards had a past life as Buster Keaton.

Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: The facial features of Buster Keaton and Michael Richards are very similar.

Past Life Genius, Talent and Behavior: Michael Richards captures the athletic physical comedy genius of Buster Keaton

Split Incarnation: Buster Keaton died in 1966, while Michael Richards was born in 1949, which means that their lifetimes overlapped by a period of about 17 years. As such, this represents a case of split incarnation, where a soul animates more than one body at a time. Ian Stevenson, MD of the University of Virginia, in his series of 1500 validated childhood past life memory cases, also reported this phenomenon, which he termed “cases with anomalous dates,” as lifetimes overlapped. April Ryan as the Reincarnation of Ida Wells-Barnett

A supporter of ReincarnationResearch.com suggested that April Ryan, a CNN political analyst, who was named as the Journalist of the Year by the National Association of Black Journalists, may be the reincarnation of Ida Bell-Wells Barnett.

Ida Wells-Barnett was an African-American journalist and early leader of Civil Rights Movement in the United States. Ida, who was born as a slave in 1862, was freed by Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation during the American Civil War.

Ida helped start the Memphis Free Speech and Headlight newspaper and she exposed the horror of the lynching of Black Americans. She was also active in the Women’s Suffragette movement, which lead to the right for American women to vote.
