Steve Allen, Steve Higgins and the Phenomenon of Split Incarnation

Steve Allen was a co creator and the first host of The Tonight Show, which initially aired in 1954. This was the first late night talk show in the United States. Allen was a television icon and was honored by two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Allen was also TV producer and a comedy writer. He died in the year 2000, at the age of 78.

Steve Higgins was born in 1963, 37 years BEFORE Steve Allen died. As such, this represents a case of split incarnation, in which a soul inhabits two human bodies at the same time, in this case for a period of 37 years. In other words, the lifetimes of Allen and Higgins have overlapped by 37 years.

Ian Stevenson, MD of the University of Virginia, Reincarnation Research and Split Incarnation

Though split incarnation is a difficult concept to accept, there is evidence that this phenomenon does indeed occur. Ian Stevenson, MD of the University of Virginia compiled over 1500 childhood past life memory cases that were objectively validated. Split incarnation is observed in some of these cases. In fact, split incarnation is demonstrated in one of Dr. Stevenson’s strongest cases. To learn more, please to go:

Another split incarnation case, in which a 27-year overlap in lifetimes is observed, is cited below:

The topic of Split Incarnation is addressed in my book Born Again, as well as in Origin of the Soul and the Purpose of Reincarnation.

Past Life Talent: Allen and Higgins both have Demonstrated Comedic Gifts

5 Jackie Gleason-Jimmy Fallon Reincarnation CaseLike Allen, Steve Higgins is a comedy writer and in fact, he was the co-head writer of the iconic show, Saturday Night Live, from 1995 to 1997. In addition, he has been a producer of Saturday Night Live since 1996. Higgins has also been nominated for several Emmy Awards.

A Past Life for Jimmy Fallon

Of interest, I have posted a reincarnation case involving Jimmy Fallon. To learn more, please go to:

The Split Incarnation Case of Jackie Gleason | Jimmy Fallon

Jackie Gleason and Steve Allen worked together on the Jackie Gleason Show. In a continuation of this relationship, Jimmy Fallon and Steve Higgins are working together on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

This is a bit mind-boggling, isn’t it?

Planning Lifetimes to be Reunited with Those You Like, Care For and Work With

It is not a coincidence that Allen | Higgins and Gleason | Fallon are working together across two incarnations. There is very compelling evidence that souls plan lifetimes to be reunited with those that they have known and loved in past lives.

The most impressive study was done by Ian Stevenson, MD, who compiled 31 sets of twins who had past life memories that were objectively validated. In 100 percent of these reincarnation cases, the twins had very significant past life relationships, including being siblings, spouses and friends. In one case, twin boys even managed to reincarnate as twin boys again! To learn more, please go to:

Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: There is a resemblance between Allen and Higgins, though Steve Higgins has a longer face.

My understanding is that physical appearance is determined by an energy template projected from the soul into the developing fetus, as well as by genetic factors. A discussion of physical appearance in reincarnation cases is found on the page, Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation, cited above.

Past Life Passions, Talent and Abilities: The souls of Allen | Higgins and Gleason | Fallon have been displaying their comedic talents in continuum.

Split Incarnation: Steve Allen’s lifetime has overlapped with that of Steve Higgins, and the lifetime of Jackie Gleason has overlapped with the life of Jimmy Fallon.

Micheaux: The Son of a Slave Becomes a Motion Picture Producer

Oscar Micheaux was born in 1887 in Illinois, the son of a slave who was likely  owned by French immigrants. He is considered the first major African American filmmaker. Micheaux made silent movies and then transitioned to sound films, directing and producing 44 movies in all.

The focus of his work was racial issues between blacks and whites, covering the topics of racial injustice, lynching, mob violence and economic inequality.

Of interest, Micheaux, early in life moved to South Dakota, where he bought land and worked as a farmer. He wrote a novel, The Homesteader, which was in part based on his experiences in South Dakota. Homesteaders were people who were given free plots of land in the American West in an effort to develop the region.

Micheaux died in 1951.

Oscar Micheaux Reincarnates as Spike Lee, Who Propagates Movie Making to make a Difference

Spike Lee was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1957. Like Micheaux, Lee’s movies center around race relations, including the issues of poverty, urban crime and the politics of race.

In a very interesting parallel, Spike Lee named his production company 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks, which appears to be an unconscious reference to his own past life as Micheaux, who bought land in South Dakota and became a farmer prior to embarking on his career as a filmmaker.

The Reincarnation Case of Ray Charles | Matthew Whitaker: Blind Musical Geniuses in Two Lifetimes

Revealed by: Spirit Being Ahtun Re in a Ryerson-Semkiw Reincarnation Research Session

Article by: Walter Semkiw, MD

Reincarnation Explains Child Prodigies

I learned of Matthew Whitaker, a music prodigy, through a national television program. Whenever I learn of a child prodigy, I am curious who that person was in a previous lifetime, as reincarnation accounts for child prodigies.

Reincarnation research reveals that we are pretty much the same person from one lifetime to another, only circumstances change. Hopefully we evolve, grow and become more compassionate across our incarnations, which is the purpose of reincarnation.

I read that scientists are planning to study Matthew’s brain functions, to see if they can understand where his musical abilities stem from. They will not find the source in the brain, though certain areas of the brain may be found to be centers of musical activity, as the source of Matthew’s genius is within his soul and his past incarnation as Ray Charles, who likely developed his talent over many lifetimes.

The Life and Death of Ray Charles

Ray Charles Robinson, known as Ray Charles, was born in 1930 in Florida to his father Bailey Robinson, a laborer, and his mother, Aretha, who made money gathering crops. Later, a younger brother, George, was born. Tragically, George drowned in this mother’s washtub when he was 4.

At the age of 3, Ray’s love of music was sparked when he heard Boogie Woogie played by Wylie Pitman on an upright piano at his Red Wing Café. Pitman subsequently taught Ray how to play the piano.

Ray started to lose his sight by the age of 5 and was completely blind by the age of 6, apparently from glaucoma. Another loss was his father, Wiley, who left the family. One of the greatest traumas of Ray’s life was the death of his mother, Aretha, who he as very devoted to, when he was 14 years old.

Ray went on to become one of the greatest musical artists of all time and was called “The Genius” by his peers. He died at the age of 73 in 2004.

Matthew Whitaker: The Reincarnation of Ray Charles-A Split Incarnation Case

Matthew Whitaker was born in 2001, 3 years BEFORE Ray Charles died. As such, this represents a case of Split Incarnation, in which there is an overlap of lifetimes. This phenomenon can be visualized as the soul projecting its energy into 2 bodies, much as a light source can be split into multiple rays by a mirror ball.

Though a soul inhabiting two human bodies at the same time is a difficult concept to accept, Ian Stevenson, MD of the University of Virginia also documented cases of split incarnation. Stevenson termed these “cases with anomalous dates,” referring to the overlap of lifetimes. One of Stevenson’s strongest cases involves split incarnation. To learn more, please go to:

The Reincarnation, Suicide and Split Incarnation Case of Helmut Kohler | Ruprecht Schultz

Past Life Talent: Matthew Replicates the Musical Genius of Ray Charles

Matthew Whitaker was born 3 months prematurely, weighing less than 2 pounds, and was given a 50 percent chance of survival. He was blind at birth due to retinopathy of prematurity.

When he was 3, Matthew played the song Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star on a toy piano, though no one taught him how to play piano. Little Matthew had heard the song and then reproduced it on his toy piano by ear, which is truly an astonishing feat. One can imagine that the soul of Ray Charles was announcing that he has returned.

Since then, Matthew has become a celebrity musician, having performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC and Carnegie Hall in New York City, as well as touring Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

In 2017, at the age of 16, he performed on the Ellen Degeneres Show, and he competed on the televised competition, Showtime at the Apollo, in which he took first place.

Reincarnation: Why Blindness in Two Lifetimes?

Matthew’s past life identity as Ray Charles was revealed by Ahtun Re, a spirit guide or spirit being channeled through trance medium Kevin Ryerson.  Kevin is the medium or psychic that actress and author Shirley MacLaine featured in four of her books.

I have worked with Kevin and Ahtun Re since 2001 and I have found that Ahtun Re can make past life matches with a high degree of accuracy.  My dialogues with Ahtun Re regarding mysteries of life are found in my book:

Origin of the Soul and the Purpose of Reincarnation

Spirit Guide Ahtun Re Explains the Origin of Blindness in the Lives of Ray Charles and Matthew Whitaker

Ahtun Re last was incarnate in Egypt about 3500 years ago. Since then, he has observed humanity evolve from the vantage point of the spirit world.

Regarding the Ray Charles | Matthew Whitaker reincarnation case, I asked Ahtun Re why a soul would be blind in two consecutive lifetimes? I myself am very visual, as you can tell by this website, so being blind seems like a very terrible thing.

Ahtun Re explained that some souls, like the soul of Ray | Matthew, prefer to live in a world of sound and will engineer lifetimes in which they are blind. In these lifetimes, they advance musical abilities.

Keep in mind that to the soul, which is eternal, an incarnation on Earth occurs in the blink of an eye.

Designing a blind lifetime implies that the soul can manipulate biologic systems, which Ahtun Re says is true. Actually, we observe the soul influencing biology in the fact that facial features can be the same from one lifetime to another.

The Life of Harriet Tubman

Harriet Tubman was born in Maryland, into slavery, in March 1822. She escaped from her owner, whose staff whipped and beat Tubman, and became an abolitionist most famous for organizing 13 missions to rescue 70 others bound by slavery. She was ready to use force, if needed, and she carried a revolver.

Her network of abolitionists and safe houses, where escaping slaves were sheltered, was called the Underground Railroad.

Harriet Tubman and John Brown

Tubman initially escaped to Philadelphia where slavery was illegal. She then returned to Maryland to bring her relatives, one group at a time, to Philadelphia and freedom. She would carry out her missions at night and maintained extreme secrecy to avoid being caught.

In 1858, Tubman met John Brown, who she helped plan and execute his raid on the US military arsenal located in the town of Harpers Ferry, Virginia. Brown, who was white and passionately against slavery, planned to use the arms taken from the arsenal to create a community of freed slaves in the mountains of Virginia and Maryland.

Brown was captured during the raid, which took place 1859, and he was hung later that year. The raid on the Harpers Ferry increased the fears of Southern slave owners that slave rebellions would take place, and the raid increased tensions between Northern and Southern states before the American Civil War, which did commence in 1861.

Once the Civil War began, Harriet Tubman was employed by the Northern Union Army as a cook, then nurse, army scout and spy.

Harriet Tubman leads the Combahee River Union Army Assaults

In 1863, Tubman became the first woman to lead an armed assault by Union troops of the Northern states during the Civil War. This raid in South Carolina led to the liberation of over 750 slaves. An article on Wikipedia describes the scene along the Combahee River.

“Once ashore, the Union troops set fire to the plantations, destroying infrastructure and seizing thousands of dollars worth of food and supplies. When the steamboats sounded their whistles, slaves throughout the area understood that it was being liberated.

Tubman watched as slaves stampeded toward the boats. ‘I never saw such a sight,’ she said later, describing a scene of chaos with women carrying still-steaming pots of rice, pigs squealing in bags slung over shoulders, and babies hanging around their parents’ necks. Although their owners, armed with handguns and whips, tried to stop the mass escape, their efforts were nearly useless in the tumult. As Confederate troops raced to the scene, steamboats packed full of slaves took off toward Beaufort.”

Tubman died on March 10, 1913. In 2019, a movie was made about her entitled Harriet.

Angela Davis as the Reincarnation of Harriet Tubman

Harriet Tubman has reincarnated as Angela Davis, an African American woman born on January 26, 1944, 31 years after Tubman died.

Davis shares many of the characteristics of Harriet Tubman. For example, like Tubman, Davis has been open to using force for societal causes. In 1970, she purchased firearms that were used in the armed takeover of a courtroom in Marin County, California, which is located just north of San Francisco.

The takeover was executed by Jonathan Jackson, an African American, whose intent was to kidnap Superior Court Judge Harold Haley, who would be used as a bargaining chip to force the release of his brother and others from prison. It was a time when racial tensions were high in the California prison system.

A shootout between Jackson and police occurred which left Jackson, Judge Haley and two others dead.

As a result of her involvement, Angela Davis was prosecuted for conspiracy to commit murder and she spent over a year in jail, before she was acquitted of charges in 1972.

Past Life Behavior: Angela Davis is a Militant Crusader for Liberal Causes, as was Harriet Tubman

Afterwards she was released from prison, Davis was an advocate of progressive causes and even became a Communist. She also supported the militant African American Black Panther Party, that itself was involved in gun battles with police in protest of police brutality against Blacks, primarily in Oakland, California.

The Black Panthers were likely was made up of Harriet Tubman’s compatriots from the Underground Railroad.

Angela Davis has also pursed a career in academics, including at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Conrad Veidt, the First Joker

In 2020, Joaquin Phoenix won the Oscar for his lead role in the movie Joker. It turns out that Joaquin played a similar role in his past life as Conrad Veidt.

Veidt was born in Berlin on January 22, 1893 to a Lutheran family. In 1914, he was drafted into the German Army during World War I.

A year later, in 1915, Veidt was sent to the Eastern Front and he fought in the Battle of Warsaw. Conrad then developed pneumonia with jaundice and he was sent to a hospital on the Baltic Sea. As his illness did not improve, Veidt was discharged from the German Army in 1917. Returning to Berlin, Conrad Veidt joined a theatre company to pursue a career in acting.

The Man Who Laughs and The DC Comics Joker

In 1928, Veidt starred in the silent movie, The Man Who Laughs, which is based on the novel of the same name, written by the French author Victor Hugo. Hugo also created Les Misérables and The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.

Hugo wrote The Man Who Laughs while exiled from France due to the political content of his prior books, which criticized French royalty and the behavior of the nobility.

Set in 17th century England, the plot involves a noble who refuses to kiss the hand of a tyrannical king, who then orders the execution of the noble and the surgical facial disfigurement of the noble’s son, Gwynplaine. The surgery results in Gwynplaine having a permanent, grotesque grin.

Gwynplaine, still a boy, meets a carnival manager who is initially horrified by Gwynplaine’s appearance, but then takes pity on him and arranges for the boy to work in the carnival.

In each town, Gwynplaine performs on stage with the lower part of his face hidden by a veil. After a period of time, he takes off the veil revealing his disfigured face, which provokes laughter in audience. In this way, Gwynplaine becomes a performance clown or joker.

In the movie, The Man Who Laughs, Conrad Veidt played the deformed Gwynplaine  character, which later served as the inspiration for the DC Comics villain the Joker, who first appeared in a Batman comic book in 1942.

Conrad Veidt’s Activism Against the Nazis

Veidt was passionately opposed to the Nazi regime, which rose to power in 1933. The Nazis started purging the movie industry in Germany of Jews and anyone who opposed the Nazis and Hitler.

In 1933, Conrad Veidt married Ilona Prager, who was a Jew. A week after their ceremony, they relocated to Britain to avoid persecution by the Nazis. In England, Veidt continued his acting career.

A Move to Hollywood, A Donation to the War Effort and Casablanca

In 1941, Conrad and IIona moved to Hollywood to make films that would help get the isolationist United States into the war against Nazi Germany. Before he left England, Veidt donated his life savings to the British government to help finance the war effort.

His most famous role in an American film was that of Major Heinrich Strasser in the movie Casablanca, that featured Humphrey Bogart and which was made in 1942, before the United States entered World War II.

Veidt died in of a massive heart attack in 1943 while playing golf in Los Angeles. Joaquin Phoenix was born in 1974, 31 years after Conrad Veidt had died.

Activism: A Past Life Trait

5-dorothy-dandridge-halle-berry IISIS Reincarnation Case StudyAnother similarity between Conrad and Joaquin is that both have demonstrated passionate activism. Recall that Veidt gave all his savings to the British Government to help fund the WW II and that he later made movies designed to sway the United States into entering enter WW II.

Joaquin Phoenix has supported Amnesty International, The Peace Alliance, veganism and animal rights. He has campaigned for In Defense of Animals (IDA) and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

The Painful Life of Frida Kahlo

Frida Kahlo was born in 1907. When she was 6 years old she was afflicted with polio, which caused her to be bedridden for 9 months. After she recovered, she was left with a shriveled right leg and a limp. When she returned to school, cruel classmates called her “peg-leg Frida.”

When she was 18, Frida was involved in a transportation accident in which the wooden bus she was riding in was struck by a streetcar. Several people were killed. Frida incurred a broken pelvis, fractured ribs and displaced vertebrae. She also broke her collar-bone and both legs. She was in the hospital for two months following this collision and Frida experienced intermittent back pain for the rest of her life.

In 1950, when she was 43, Kahlo underwent bone graft surgery on her spine in an effort to lessen her back pain. Unfortunately, an infection set in and she had to endure several follow-up surgeries.

In 1953, Kahlo’s right leg had to be amputated at the knee due to gangrene. She subsequently became severely depressed and anxious, increasing used opioid pain killers and when her husband, artist Diego Rivera, began yet another extramarital affair, she attempted suicide by overdose.

Frida’a reputation as an artist grew over her lifetime. An exhibit of her works occurred in 1953, arranged by a friend who understood that Frida did not have long to live. She had to transported to her showing in an ambulance and at the exhibit, Frida was placed in a bed that was arranged for her.

She wrote in her diary in February 1954: “They have given me centuries of torture and at moments I almost lost my reason. I keep on wanting to kill myself.”

Frida died about a year later at the age of 47. Her last words were: “I joyfully await the exit – and I hope never to return – Frida”

The Glamorous Life of Salma Hayek

Frida did not get her wish as she reincarnated as actress Salma Hayek, who was born in 1966, 12 years after Frida had died. Fortunately, Salma’s life has been full of glamour, in contrast to the painful existence that Frida endured.

Salma Hayek has received numerous acting awards. Of interest, she co-produced the biographical movie, Frida, which was released in 2002.

Affinity Reincarnation Cases involving Halle Berry, Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy

As such, Frida took the initiative to make a film about her own past life. I call these kinds of reincarnation stories “Affinity Cases,” in which a person creates a work based on their own past incarnation.

A very similar reincarnation case involves Oscar winner Halle Berry, who produced the movie Introducing Dorothy Dandridge.  In a past incarnation, Halle was African-American actress Dorothy Dandridge, who was denied an Oscar because of the color of her skin. Other affinity cases include the reincarnations of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy.

Bram Stoker is the Irish author of Dracula, which was published in 1897. With this book, Stoker created an entire industry in the movie and television world focused on vampire stories. Though he did not create the horror genre, Stoker was one of the first famous horror writers. He died in 1912.

Stephen King was born in 1947 in the United States. He demonstrated an early interest in horror and began writing terror stories in high school. He has received numerous honors, including, ironically, the Bram Stoker Award and he has been described as the “King of Horror.”

Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: There is a striking similarity in the facial architecture of Stoker and King.

Past Life Passions, Talent and Abilities: “The King of Horror” can be used to describe both Bram Stoker and Stephen King.

Reincarnation Case of Charles Darwin | Marshall Medoff: Genius Biologists Across Two Lifetimes

Past Life Talent: Without Any Scientific Training, Marshall Medoff Becomes a Senior Citizen Biology Prodigy

In an episode of the CBS television program 60 Minutes, Marshall Medoff was featured, who has a very unusual history. Medoff worked as a professor of economics at California State University, Long Beach and at the University of California, Irvine. He retired from teaching in 2012 at the age of 67.

Medoff then moved to Massachusetts, where he retreated into nature. Medoff spent his days in reflection at Walden Pond, a place made famous by the writer and philosopher Henry David Thoreau, who drew inspiration from the Walden woods and lake.

At the age of 70, Medoff became obsessed with “saving the world” from global warming and environmental disaster. Though he had no scientific training, Medoff embarked on a mission to find a way to transform non-edible plant life into environmentally friendly transportation fuels, an accomplishment that had not yet been attained by the world’s greatest scientists.

Medoff isolated himself in a garage located at a storage facility and studied scientific papers on the subject of plant biochemistry 12 hours a day. He began patenting ideas, including the process of breaking plant molecules apart with electron accelerators. In this way, agricultural waste, such as corn cobs, could be used to manufacture green fuels.

Investors were drawn to Medoff’s electron accelerator process to break down plant molecules to create fuels, as well as biodegradable plastics. Soon, he was able to open a 45-million-dollar testing facility, as well as a manufacturing center. He named his company Xyleco.

Medoff has been praised as a revolutionary genius similar to an Einstein or a Thomas Edison.

A Past Life of Marshall Medoff as Charles Darwin

It was natural to wonder who Medoff may have been in a past lifetime. Kevin Ryerson is a trance medium who channels a spirit being named Ahtun Re, who has demonstrated the ability to make past life matches with a high degree of accuracy. In a session with Kevin, Ahtun Re told me that in a past incarnation, Medoff was a naturalist who studied the moth, though Ahtun Re said nothing more specific.

In the days that followed, I thought about what Ahtun Re said and I seemed to remember that Charles Darwin had studied moths. Indeed, it turned out that Darwin examined the Xanthopam, a type of sphinx moth.

I noted that a physical resemblance exists between Darwin and Medoff and in a subsequent session with Kevin Ryerson, Ahtun Re affirmed that Marshall Medoff is the reincarnation of Charles Darwin.

Darwin was a genius biologist who established the theory of evolution of species and is considered to be one of the greatest scientists in history.

Past Life Talent for Understanding Interconnected Systems

Though at first glance, Darwin’s contributions to biology and Medoff’s initial career in economics appear disparate. A common denominator between the evolution of species and economics is that they involve complex interconnected systems. It seems that the soul of Darwin | Medhoff has a gift for understanding interconnected systems.

Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: The facial features of Charles Darwin and Marshall Medoff are similar.

Past Life Talent and Abilities: It has been puzzling how Medoff, with no scientific training, invented a groundbreaking method to create fuels and biodegradable plastics from non-edible plants, a feat that the world’s greatest scientific institutions could not accomplish. As noted, Medoff has been compared to pioneer scientists such as Einstein and Edison.

Medoff appears to have drawn upon past life abilities, those of Charles Darwin, in his scientific endeavors.

Also, as noted, the understanding of complex, interconnected systems is a talent that Darwin and Medoff share.

Change of Nationality: Darwin was British, while Medoff was born in the United States.

A New Past Life Regression Memory Case: The Reincarnation Story of Clockmaker and Inventor of the Marine Chronometer, John Harrison | Mechanic and Idea Man, Chuck McMurray

How Derived: Past Life Memories Accessed during a Past Life Regression

Researched by: Chuck McMurray

Affirmed by: Spirit Being Ahtun Re in a Ryerson-Semkiw Reincarnation Research Session

Article by:  Chuck McMurray, Edited by Walter Semkiw, MD

In a past lifetime, I, Chuck McMurray, believe that I was John Harrison, an 18th century, self-educated British clockmaker and inventor of the marine chronometer, which is a very precise timepiece that was used in ship voyages for navigation purposes. Harrison lived from 1693 to 1776.

Let me tell you my story, which started with a past life regression conducted in 2016, though I would not derive my past life identity as Harrison until 2018.

On October 16, 2019, over a year after I had made the hypothesis that I was John Harrison, I had a session with trance medium Kevin Ryerson, who has worked extensively with Walter Semkiw, MD. In this session my past life as Harrison was affirmed. Let us now start at the beginning.

Chuck McMurrays’s Past Life Regression

In September of 2016, I had made an appointment with Susan Wisehart, MS, LMFT, who is a licensed psychotherapist and a past life regression therapist, to have my first regression. The reason for my interest in pursuing this was research I had done on the topics of reincarnation and the afterlife.

I had found Susan’s name by researching past-life regressionists in the Chicago area, where I live. She had studied with Yale trained psychiatrist Brian Weiss, MD and she had wonderful reviews by clients who had worked with her.

So on Saturday, September 26, 2016, I made a leap of faith and met with Susan.  I was excited but also nervous, not really knowing what would happen. I was treating it like a new adventure.

At the start of my appointment introductions were made, which helped me understand what I could expect. Susan was professional, helpful and made the process seem like a very natural thing to do.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, though intense emotions did come out during the session. In fact, I just couldn’t believe how deeply I was in tears during the whole thing.

During the regression, I experienced very clear and vivid past life memories. I’ve read that many people have this same type of experience during hypnotic regressions, but it is quite different when it actually happens to you.

Past Life Memories of a Life in England

As is normal for the regression process, Susan asked me to relax completely as she guided me into a meditative or trance state. It was quite easy.

In the session, a past life memory opened. I saw myself crossing a bridge. Immediately, I could see that I was close to a large estate-like home on a huge piece of country property. It reminded me of an old mansion. The entire area was thickly wooded. The home had many windows and a large porch that ran the length of the home. It had a U-shaped driveway that brought visitors up to the house.

When Susan asked when I thought this memory was from, I said that it felt like the 1600’s, perhaps the early 1700’s. Based on the home and the way people were dressed, it reminded me of movies I had seen of English royalty.

In this memory, I could clearly hear the sounds of the hooves of horses and the wheels of a carriage traveling over a gravel or brick paved road. Susan asked me where I believed to be and I said confidently,“England.” She then asked me to be more specific. I said “North or West Yorkshire.” Please understand that though I may have looked at a map of England twice in my life, nothing of English life had ever interested me.

A Past Life British Military Uniform

Susan then asked me to identify any traits of my body that I was able to recall. I said that I was wearing clothing like the British Red Coats wore in the era of the American Revolution. But the odd thing is that I had no weapon-no gun or sword. It dawned on me that perhaps I was a boy playing soldier in the fields.

In this scene, I was with a young male friend of mine. We were standing near a body of water, like a pond or a river that a bridge crossed over. In this particular memory we also seemed to be really enjoying ourselves, joking and laughing, as we observed how women were dressed as they emerged from horse-drawn carriages with their men.

Moving forward in the past life regression, Susan asked me the next thing that I remembered. I recalled being a sick or wounded boy who spent time in a hospital. I remembered the clothing that I was wearing. The clothing was  loose-fitting and felt like cotton pajamas. I remembered socializing with other children, as well as the nurses and caretakers.

Note: Later on, I learned that when John Harrison was young, he fell ill with smallpox and was hospitalized. He was given a watch to amuse himself in his sickbed. Historians have written that it was this watch that led Harrison to a career building clocks.

Past Life Memories of a Family and a Clock Shop

Susan then asked me to move forward again in time. I now felt that I was a young adult and that I was married and had a child. I saw a young boy and my wife and I watched as he played and ran around. I felt that I was in my early 20’s and that I was a working man. I felt as if I was just “a commoner.”

I progressed forward in time again. I saw myself in a clock shop somewhere in a small town. I felt like I was perhaps in my late 30’s or early 40’s. The shop was on a main street of some sort, with buildings no more than 1 to 2 stories in height. I saw many clocks in the shop, all ticking at the same time. I had a large table that was about chest high and there were pencils and drawings spread all over this workbench, along with clock parts. I felt like I was obsessed with the business of making and fixing clocks.

Please understand that at the time of my regression, these presumed past life memories made no sense to me, as I’ve never been interested in clockwork. However, growing up, my father in Chicago had a grandfather clock that sat in our dining room. He had won the clock as a sales award years before and I was always comforted by the chimes it made. I used to watch my father fix and tune it, but I was afraid to touch it as it always looked so fragile to me. My father’s parents also had a very large grandfather clock, which I loved to listen to when we visited their home.

A Past Life Book of Inventions and the Loss of a Family

In my regression experience as a clockmaker, I felt I was keeping a very important book containing a collection of my inventions and ideas. I could see pencil drawings everywhere. The binding of this book was strangely covered with black and white spots, like the skin of a cow. This book was very important to me and I thought it was made up of hundreds of pages.

At this point, Susan asked me where my wife and son were in relation to my past life. I was instantly and terribly saddened as I thought that I had lost contact with them, perhaps through a divorce. I couldn’t in my mind locate what happened to them. I had thoughts that perhaps they had moved to the west of England or that they had emigrated to America. I remember feeling very upset that I had lost contact with my son and wondered where he had gone.

Note: I would find out later that early in his life, John Harrison had lost both his first wife Elizabeth-Scott and his son John.

A Second Past Life Son

We moved forward again. In this past life memory, I saw myself as a much older man living in a larger city, like London. I specifically remembered a two-story apartment where my shop was. I lived on the second floor above my clock shop. There was a closet under the stairs where I kept many of my most prized clocks. I can remember the layout of the building and the windows in the front.

At this point, I remembered walking to and from the town post office, as I was worried about my son and I was hoping to get a letter from him.  I remembered that his name was William. I would check to see if he had corresponded or if anyone had heard from him. Somehow, I wasn’t able to reach him and was always hoping that he would write me so that I knew he was alright.

I also remembered that when walking through town, that people would always ask me “for the time,” as I was known to be a clockmaker. I was always adjusting and keeping time with a pocket watch of some sort that was very important to me.

A Cherished Past Life Collaborator

I also remember working with someone down the street who was a metallurgist or a blacksmith. I believed that this person helped me professionally. I remembered that he had died early and that I had missed him, feeling that I owed him for part of my success. I’m not sure where he lived, but I felt that this person lived close by, within walking distance to where my shop was located.

Note: From my research, I learned that John Harrison was continually assisted by George Graham, pictured to the right. Graham was a watchmaker and instrument maker, who may have been the person I recalled in my regression who assisted me in my business. Enlarge the image to better see instruments in the background.

A Vision from the Spirit World: A Past Life Son Carries Out Sea Trials for John Harrison’s H3 Chronometer

Susan then asked me to move forward to the “end of this life.” I saw myself waking in the middle of the night due to chest pain and having a difficult time breathing. I remembered seeing shelves of smaller clocks in my room on this night and I felt that somehow, I knew that my time was up. A special clock on my nightstand was one of my most prized possessions and I remembered setting it for the last time on that night.

Susan then asked me to move forward past my death and asked me what I saw afterward. I recalled the book of drawings of my inventions, which I believe I gave away though my will. My son seemed to be in his older years – maybe his 40’s? I believe that he had his own family at this time. The vision that I had involved him reading my book of inventions by candlelight and it felt like that the location was somewhere overseas, perhaps America.

There was a very odd aspect to this memory as the room he was reading in was very small and made entirely of wood.

Note: William Harrison, John Harrison’s second son of his second marriage, carried forth the John Harrison “H3” sea clock in trials on ships of the Royal British Navy. As John Harrison was older and was prone to be seasickness, he sent his son, William, to supervise the trials. It may be that the small, wooden room in my vision was of William on an English ship.

The famous British sea-captain and explorer James Cook, pictured above, took one of Harrison’s chronometers on his second and third Pacific voyages with William Harrison onboard. When Cook returned to England in 1775, he reported that the Harrison chronometer was “our faithful guide through all the vicissitudes of climates.”

The Day I Learned about John Harrison for the First Time

Recall that my past life regression with Susan occurred on September 26, 2016. About 18 months later, on April 2, 2018, I started a new job. On the second day of that job, I was working from my home office. At around 8:30 in the morning of that day, I had opened my computer and logged onto the Internet and the Google home page. On that day, which was Tuesday April 3, 2018, Google featured a cartoon featuring a man named John Harrison, as he was born on April 3, 1693.

After having clicked on the drawing, it landed on a page with portraits of John Harrison. There were two paintings – one that was created earlier in his life in black and white, and then a second one that was in color. The second painting to me was so striking, in that I saw my own face in his. I stared in awe for some time.

On that day, I took a picture of myself to compare my face with that of John Harrison. The facial features were nearly identical, even though in the portrait of Harrison, he was 30 years older than the age I was when I took the photo of myself.

After researching the past life memories that I accessed in my session of September 26, 2016, I met with Susan again about 2 years later in December of 2018.  I explained to Susan that the investigation of my past life memories had revealed possible historical validation of my past life experience. I felt that I had discovered evidence of a past life that was more important than just something personal.  I asked her for guidance.

Susan suggested that I reach out Walter Semkiw, MD and to perhaps validate my past life memories in a session with trance medium Kevin Ryerson. She knew of Walter’s work and that he has worked with Kevin Ryerson over many years and that Kevin channels a spirit being named Ahtun Re, who has demonstrated the ability to made past life identifications with a high degree of accuracy,

My Session with Kevin Ryerson on October 16, 2019

Ahtun Re, the spirit being that Kevin channels,  validated that I was John Harrison in a past lifetime. In addition, Ahtun Re confirmed that William Harrison, the son of John Harrison who carried out sea trials on the behalf of his father, is my son Matthew in this lifetime.

Of interest, my son Matthew and I created a website, H3mi. com (no longer active), which reflects the name of John Harrison’s chonometer, the H3, which William Harrison took on sea trials with the British Navy.

Ahtun Re also validated that my wife, Kimberly, was a wife of John Harrison. One very odd thing about the day that I first met my wife is that I knew she was very special. In fact, I went home and told my mother that I met the woman I would marry. I had no idea why I felt that way. It was a truly love at first sight!

Correspondences in the Lives of John Harrison and Chuck McMurray

I was a very curious kid, who had a lot of energy and a natural talent for taking things apart and learning how they worked. I had spent a good part of my young life building toys, making short films and playing with bikes and cars.

My father was a salesman, but he loved carpentry and making things. He spent a lot of time teaching me how to use tools at a young age, always reminding me that I should “use my hands and my head” later in life to make a living. That always stuck with me.

I was always very creative. I went to school for communications but ended up thriving in more technical roles selling and implementing data and technology. I’ve been known to my professional peers as “the idea guy.”

One of my most successful jobs was with a startup called Alteryx, which involves a geo-spatial data tool that is now widely used. John Harrison, with his invention of the chronometer, was also involved in geo-spatial science.

At the age of 11, I had made a bet with my father that if he purchased an electric model remote control car for me, which had to be assembled, I would be able to put it together without help. If I won this bet, my father would be responsible for the cost of this device. My father took up the bet and purchased the car kit.

All alone, in the basement of my Chicago home, I spent 2 weeks reading the instructions and putting together all the gears and parts. After a few trials, I was able to get the entire car together, which operated flawlessly. I remember my father’s face when he came outside to see me driving it around. He was awed.

At the age of 13, my father had again let me purchase a car, but this time it was a real car, even though I was not old enough to drive it. It was a 1975 Plymouth Valiant that did not operate, that I bought for 300 dollars. We brought the car home so that I could restore it.

My father was amazed as within weeks, though working with few tools or resources, I was able to get the car fixed and running. He attributed this to be a natural talent, so he supported me in this interest. Within just a few years, I had bought, restored and sold about 20 cars. I took a keen interest in racing them, which also seemed natural to me. I was able to understand the engines and how they worked, with no training.

In this way, I believe I was self-taught like John Harrison was. I always loved the way engines worked and I rejoiced in the fact that I could make them perform better, much like John Harrison did with clocks and his invention of the marine chronometer.

Evidence and Principles of Reincarnation-Understanding Past Lives

by: Walter Semkiw, MD

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: There is a striking similarity in the facial features of John Harrison and Chuck McMurray. Click on the image to enlarge it.

Past Life Passions, Talent and Abilities: John Harrison and Chuck have demonstrated natural talent and genius in mechanical engineering.

Relationships Renewed through Reincarnation: In his contemporary incarnation as Chuck McMurray, John Harrison has been reunited with a past life wife and son. Chuck related that when he first met his future wife Kimberly, he knew immediately that they would be wed. This is how past life relationships are renewed through reincarnation, through destiny, intuitions and emotional remembrance.

A fan of ReincarnationResearch.com wrote to me and proposed that Whitney Houston had a past life as the Vaudeville entertainer Aida Overton Walker, based on a striking physical resemblance and similar talents as accomplished singers.

In a session with world famous trance medium Kevin Ryerson, who channels a spirit being named Ahtun Re, who has demonstrated the ability to make past life matches with a high degree of accuracy, Ahtun Re affirmed that Whitney Houston, who died in 2012, was the reincarnation of Aida Overton.

In reading about Aida, I learned that Overton was her maiden name and that she married another entertainer whose name was George Walker. After they were married, she took on the name Aida Overton Walker.

Reincarnation research reveals that souls tend to incarnate with people they have known before, which is the basis of the term “soul groups.”
Powerful research done by Ian Stevenson, MD at the University of Virginia conclusively demonstrated this principle.
Stevenson’s Twin Study involved 31 sets of twins who had spontaneous past life memories in childhood that were objectively validated. In 100 percent of these cases, the twins had very significant past life relationships, including the observation that married couples can reincarnate to become spouses again.

As such, it was logical to wonder if Aida Overton’s husband George Walker had reincarnated as Whitney’s husband, Bobby Brown. In my session with Kevin, Ahtun Re confirmed that Bobby Brown is the reincarnation of George Walker.

Physical Resemblance in Reincarnation Cases: There is an uncanny similarity in facial features of Aida Overton Walker and Whitney Houston. There is also a resemblance in the facial features of George Walker and Bobby Brown.

Past Life Passions, Talent and Abilities: Aida Overton Walker and George Walker were stars of the Vaudeville entertainment world, much as Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown have been entertainment stars in contemporary times.
